Osama is a Construction Law and Middle East expert, with over 25 years’ experience practicing as a lawyer and legal consultant in Qatar before practicing as a Registered Foreign Lawyer in the UK. His wide-ranging practice encompasses Construction, Arbitration, Litigation, Banking Law, Commercial Law, Company Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, Human rights, International Trade Law, Investment Law, Insurance, Intellectual Property, Agencies and Distributorships and Labour law. He holds an LL.B, LL.M and Ph.D from the University of Khartoum, Sudan, an LL.M in International Trade and Commercial Law from Oxford Brookes University and a Certificate in University Teaching and Research in Human Rights from the IIHR in France.

He has written widely on topics in Commercial law, International Law and Islamic Jurisprudence with many of his works held at university libraries in Sudan, Canada and the USA.
