Adrian Pook

Adrian is a solicitor with extensive experience of commercial litigation in the English and Welsh courts and tribunals at all levels, including the Supreme Court. His practice includes contract, company, insolvency and property disputes and has acted in international dispute cases which involved questions of the jurisdiction of the courts and of arbitrators. Adrian also deals with cases where emergency injunctions are needed such as freezing injunctions, search orders and “springboard” injunctions to prevent the misuse of confidential information.

Settlement of cases out of court can, where appropriate, be an integral part of the strategy of a commercial dispute and Adrian also has extensive experience of all types of negotiation and settlement, previously conducting many successful mediations often as lead negotiator. Adrian’s client base is made up of businesses, high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, banks, insolvency practitioners and other finance professionals based both in the UK and overseas.
