Chris Perrins

Chris is a senior legal and finance professional, with over 25 years of diverse experience in risk-mitigated structured finance and project financing. As an investment banker for the past 15 years, he has been involved in many landmark projects and innovative structuring solutions across the infrastructure, power, transportation, telecoms and metals sectors in multiple geographies working at Citibank, Standard Chartered and Mizuho banks and – most recently – gaining valuable Middle Eastern experience as UK Head of Global Structured Finance at QNB.

Chris began his career in legal practice with a trio of City law firms where he developed a strong focus on banking law, documenting many complex high value transactions for a range of leading banks in the property, asset and structured project finance sectors, before taking up senior finance roles in the export finance businesses of leading banks. Using his unique combination of expertise across banking and corporate law, project development, financing and structuring, Chris is now a Senior Counsel in Albertson’s Banking, Finance & Capital Markets practice supporting the firm’s legal work for a range of international clients involved in the execution of complex transactions.
