Lee is a property specialist, qualifying as a barrister in 1985 before spending five years in the City of London working in legal departments of international banking institutions. Using the unique combination of expertise he had amassed of the international property market, property law and international finance, Lee went on to form, develop and sell a number of successful property businesses before returning to legal practice in 2014.
Since then, Lee has practiced as an independent barrister and consultant barrister at a number of chambers and law firms, where he provided counsel on a variety of property law issues including tax advice to overseas clients investing in the UK, financing and conveyancing across a variety of asset types, corporate structuring/restructuring and mixed residential and commercial conveyancing. At Albertson, Lee advises an international clientele of sovereign funds, corporates, foreign investors, family offices and high net worth individuals on property, tax and finance matters.
